We are pleased to tell you that our BackerKit surveys have begun to go out to the wider group! Thank you for your patience as we prepared them.
PLEASE NOTE: BackerKit will send surveys in waves over the next two days, so please allow up to 48 hours for your survey to be processed and sent to you. If at that point you still have not received one, please check your spam folder, and check that the email you used on Kickstarter is the email account you're checking.

Surveys will remain open for about 30 days. Once locked, we'll have proper order numbers so that we can begin going into production on items! :)

Hi everyone,
BackerKit has reviewed and signed off on our surveys, so we have begun doing a "smoke test", which is where we send surveys to a small group of backers to make sure there aren't any issues before sending them out to the larger group.
Assuming there are no hiccups or issues reported during the test, we plan on launching surveys to the wider group tomorrow or Friday.

Another year, another amazing campaign - huge thanks to all those who contributed, projects like these couldn't be brought to life without your support. Seeing the love these characters and story get always gives me so much happiness to know others care for them as much as I do, and I look forward to continuing their adventure with all of you along for the ride.

There are a lot of questions coming in now that the Kickstarter is over, so let's dive in:
Q: I missed the campaign - can I still pledge?
A: Yes! We have Late Pledges turned on! If you go to the campaign page you'll see this at the top above the title. You can still go select rewards as if the campaign were live.
Q: When will the BackerKit surveys be going out?
A: We are aiming to have surveys launch around the week of December 15th. When surveys do go out, they will go to the email address you have associated with your Kickstarter account. We'll do an update officially announcing when they have begun to go to everyone. It's worth noting though, that it can take BackerKit up to 48 hours to process all surveys fully. If at that point you still have not received one, please check your spam folder, and check that the email you used on Kickstarter is the email account you're checking.

Q: What's the purpose of the survey?
A: We use these surveys primarily for two reasons:
Q: How long will I have to complete my survey?
A: Our goal is to get as many surveys completed by backers as possible, so we give around 30 days from their launch to allow everyone proper time. If you need more than that, it's ok. :)
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: As noted in each reward tier, estimated fulfillment is set for October of 2026.
The delivery dates associated with each reward are based on our anticipated production schedule. They are not guaranteed and, as they are described, are ESTIMATES. Once we finish surveys and all add-ons are locked we go into production on those items and will provide campaign updates throughout the process. Should dates shift, which is not uncommon, we will provide new estimated delivery dates in updates. Please note, that no date provided should be considered a locked and promised date until we have the books at the warehouse and until such time all estimated dates are subject to change.
With that said, Rocketship Entertainment has never had a funded Kickstarter that did not end up getting fulfilled, and you can view the status of all our projects, both in-production and fulfilled in the link below:
